PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Your Studio LLC (Photographer) and Client Name (Client).

1. SERVICES. Photographer will provide Wedding photography on 2026-10-10 at Event venue.

2. PAYMENT. The total fee is $2,500.00. A non-refundable retainer of $500.00 is due to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due before the event unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. DELIVERY. Photographer will deliver the edited photographs within approximately 6 weeks. Photographer retains artistic discretion over selection and editing.

4. COPYRIGHT AND USE. Photographer retains copyright. Client receives a personal-use license and may print and share delivered images for non-commercial purposes.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING. The parties will document any cancellation, rescheduling, replacement, or refund terms in writing.

6. LIABILITY. Any liability is limited to amounts paid under this agreement to the extent permitted by law.

7. MODEL RELEASE. Client chooses whether a separate written model release permits promotional use.
